We are pleased to offer for your consideration a fantastic all original Roullet & Decamps Dancing Bear made in Paris, France circa 1910-1930.  This wonderful old brown and white bear (covered with real rabbit fur) has the fixed ‘RD’ key in his back. When wound, he will dance by rocking his torso side to side, up and down and shuffling his feet sideways to his right (Please see the video above). The wind up mechanism works very well.  What an adorable bear!  His fur is in great condition, still nice and soft! He has composition paws and nose, and glass eyes.  There is slight paint wear to his paws.  He stands about 11” tall and has a great face.  He will definitely make a fun addition to any automata or teddy bear collection!  PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND USE THE ENLARGE AND ZOOM FEATURES AS WELL AS WATCH THE VIDEO FOR THE BEST DESCRIPTION OF THIS EARLY ROULLET et DECAMPS DANCING BEAR AUTOMATON.
