We are pleased to offer for your consideration a wonderful antique Viennese 935 Sterling Silver and Enamel hand painted tri-fold Triptych screen.  This screen was most likely made in Vienna Austria in the early 1900's or late 1800's.  It is marked, which is not typical of these screens; the markings are found on the outside of both of the smaller panels. When looking at the screen from the back the edge of the left side panel has the number 41, and on the edge of the right side panel it's marked "935 STERLING".  Yes, 935 not 925.  This gorgeous petite triptych screen measures only 2 1/2" tall, and 2 7/8" in width (note the scale as compared to a US quarter in the first photo); on the 1:12 scale that would be two feet six inches in height and two feet nine inches in width.  The hand painted enameled porcelain inserts feature three cherubs, one holding a lute, one a sheaf of wheat, and one is playing a horn.  The spectacularly ornate sterling silver frames have a beautiful polished finish.  The back of the screens are embossed silver panels featuring a gorgeous ornate floral pattern.  The elaborately decorated panels are in excellent condition and are without any damage or loss whatsoever.  This is a rare example of a miniature sterling silver and enamel porcelain Viennese triptych screen.  This beautiful triptych will make an excellent addition to any well-appointed dollhouse.  PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND USE THE ENLARGE AND ZOOM FEATURES FOR THE BEST DESCRIPTION OF THIS RARE ANTIQUE VIENNESE STERLING SILVER AND ENAMEL DOLLHOUSE MINIATURE TRIPTYCH SCREEN.
