Offered for your consideration is an early Lehmann tin toy for parts or for restoration. This toy was made from 1898 to 1926 in Germany By Ernst Paul Lehmann. This toy is supposed to have two mice that are designed to slide up and down the spiral shaft by tipping one end up then the other using the force of gravity. The toy we are offering has only one mouse; the other mouse is missing but its base is present. Both mice are missing their string tails. The spiral shaft is in good shape and the mice slide easily. One end of the shaft has the Lehmann trade mark and the word Germany. The shaft is about 15” long the mouse is 1 5/8” long. This toy is being offer for parts or restoration.
